Yea, im not a healthy person. I smoke cigarettes, drink alcohol some times, i eat loads of candy and snax and icecream and cakes and cookies. I drink coffee and I never work out. I dont get a properly amount of sleep and my eating habits are not regular at all.
Im always tired, i have migrane almost every day, often have aches in my stomach, im down, kind of depressed, im stressed and hungry/to full, nauseous and often dizzy!
But the best part is that I can do something about it!
I already eat healthy food since I like what other people call healthy food!
Im a vegetarian because I dont like meat at all but i still eat fish and cheese and milk-products and eggs some times per week.
I love to drink water because im always thirsty, Its really good for the body! It helps all the organs to work and to stay clean and helps to improve your skin!
and green tea without any sweetening at all, I want it pure and clean so the antioxydants really can work at full force! plus I think its the most tasty! yum!
I love vegetables and greens, I like to eat very colourfull food with lots of different tastes, so that every bite tastes different!
I believe food is as much about how it looks and smells as it is about the taste!
well i almost never drink anymore so that i can take of the list, I rarely drink soda, i rather drink juice! Ive stepped down on my coffee habit, i stopped smoking a week ago when i was actually hung over for the first time for 4 months! you see, i dont drink alcohol very often.
yesterday i ate a big chunk of home-made chocolate-cake but i felt weird.
Im starting to think that I maby are allergic to sugar?
however i feel much better when i only eat dark chocolate!
so that is something im going to continue to do! I mean that is only healthy for you and your brain with a piece of dark chokolate every day and a glass of whine ;)
Im going to take after my friend Emma and start to make healthy energy-filled smoothies every morning! In that way you can know for sure that you get all the nutrition that you need for atleast half the day!
i will also start to run for 20 minutes a day again, and if i dont feel like i have the energy i can still walk the same distance!
Im not going to start smoke again, maby a cigarillo in the summer in the sun, but atleast you dont burden your lungs when you smoke cigarillos :)
Im going to continue with my food and alcohol habits since they already are very good! But im going to cut down on the sugar and sweets since i dont feel good when i eat to much of it anyways!
and continue to eat breakfast every morning + two other meals and fruits between!
And hopefully this will generate in much better sleeping habits!
thats my final goal, to have energy in the day, and feel tired when its time to sleep!
